Mr. Daniel has seventeen years experience in commercial leasing and lending in the Rocky Mountain region.  He has managed commercial leasing/lending portfolios which range in size from $15 to $60 million dollars.   As the senior credit officer for the Colorado region of a five billion dollar national company, Mr. Daniel supervised a staff of twenty-five professionals in five states.   Mr. Daniel's extensive experience in the media includes both radio and television where he hosted several talk shows which addressed business and financial issues.

Ms. Osborne worked actively for 18 years with all levels of local, state, and Federal governments, serving as liaison between elected officials, the community, and various public and private agencies, institutions and organizations.  Ms. Osborne worked on the staff's of members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives as well as the Colorado State government.    She has served on state and local boards and commissions, held various management and administrative positions and has had sales and marketing experience as well as traveled extensively throughout the world.
