Confidentiality Agreement

A Confidentiality Agreement between RMD Financial Corporation and each bidder must be executed, mailed, faxed, or emailed to RMD before the financial history of each concession location will be released.  Each bidder will be provided with confidential business and financial information about RMD's clients upon the completion and receipt of the Confidentiality Agreement and submittal of each bidder's 1999, 2000, and 2001 year-end financial statements.

 

Bid/Proposal Submittal Process

The minimum bid amount for each location will be discussed with each bidder before a formal written bid would be considered by each Concessionaire.   All formal written bids/Proposals must include financial disclosures, an earnest money deposit, and be submitted to RMD via US Mail, fax or email.  The concession acquisition process requires each bidder/proposer to invest a considerable amount of their time and resources.    To review a detailed  outline of the bid/proposal process click here.

Additional information or documents will be mailed, faxed, or emailed to you upon request.    Contact RMD to arrange for a tour of each concession location.    All communications concerning the above mentioned concession acquisition opportunities are managed by RMD Financial Corporation.
